No game server is available to the authorization server?

Hi all, just made an account and installed today, and I can log in fine, but when it gets to the server select screen it gives me a popup with this error, then closes the game after a few seconds. Any help?

 

You mean "Cannot connect to the authorization server"? Try launching your NCsoft launcher, right click Aion, and select repair. This normally fixes most issues.

 

No, I mean what the title said. That's the error that comes up, word for word. I did the repair thing anyway, and it did nothing in terms of changing the error at all. I'm going to assume running Infinite Aion before finding out the server was a steaming pile did something to the files and I'm going to need a clean reinstall of everything...including the 6GB download of Assault. =.=

I'm going to assume that you have already update to 2.1, but make sure that the launcher updated Gamez also. Cause if you came from that server and have the launcher pointed towards its client then you may need to update Gamez separately. Try this for me.

Right click Aion in the launcher, click properties and make sure the Install Location is pointing towards the folder that you use for Gamez so all of the updates files go there.

Also I just realized this is in the Crystal section so if you are on Gamez make sure you have the Gamez Launcher or if you are on Crystal then make sure you have the Crystal Launcher.

 

Yep, it is, and it's fully updated too.

 

Make sure your client is in the latest version, you repaired it and installed the latest aion gamez launcher.

Try giving the link Demi posted a whirl. See if any of those fixes work. It may have something to do with your bin32 folder and I know the link has some for download.

 

Ahah, a new bin folder worked! Must have been something Infinite left hanging around, so thanks very much!

 

It's possible that your old bin folder had their files still in it and you just needed to change them to Gamez files.
