If you use a router, you can just enter the router and add the websites in the router's blocklist. o.o

its not about deleting unwanted files...she means other people load stuff and it slows down her net (as in the fact that its being downloaded, not the fact that its sitting on the harddrive) lol

Can anyone give details? I dun want to disable flash plugin, that would be too obvious coz if they try to use stupid fb apps i think it will show that flash is disabled and they'd just dwnload another flash installer.

I had a friend who mentioned something about blocking websites using some kind of built-in program, was it DOS or something like that.

%systemroot%/system32/drivers/etc/hosts (file is hidden/system/read only so you'll have to adjust some permissions to access it)
    add there: youtube.com 127.0.0.1
will prevent you from opening it too. If you want to prevent it from inside browser - parental control is at your service.

you do realize that # is a comment mark (line is not readed)
    also its should be:
    127.0.0.1 youtube.com

    edit:
    127.0.0.1 www.youtube.com
should be added too, also dont forget to clear cache/dns after that.
