(Anti Hack System) Admin

Admin must put Anti Hack System on the server to protect the game...
Cause other players abusing the game using hacks...

 

if only players would play fair,that system is of no use!!!

 

gawd, anti hacks systems cause more issues, eg: random people can get banned...
But, never know, our devs might think something up

 

im ok with that anti hack.... no cheaters... hahaha

Uhmmn. . I dont think so. . . . . there will be no anti hack program as far as i know. . .uhmmn. . . But maybe they can. .for fair . . . . . But remember its only a private server!

 

Most simple antihack systems continuously scan system processes and looks for certain hacks, such as GameEngine. Anyone who knows simple programming can do this.

 

Unfortunately advanced anti-hack systems such as GameGuard do not associate well with Aion .
They cause a lot of problems , plus sometimes they are overfunctioning , for instance I was kicked from another MMORPG's server just because I had my Razer Lachesis Mouse's driver running ^^;

But you can never know what Asanka will figure out

To report player for hack u just stop them for 1 day!!! after they banned reset rooter new account and starting again!!!! i hope GM team find a solution!!!

u mean cheat engine besides the fact that cheat engine cant edit server side so its completely irrelevant ^^

the best thing would be to decompile the hacks they use (enough people already turned themselves in with screenshots of them hacking xD). the devs already know what programs they use. just find the hole its exploiting and patch it up. then u wont need an anti hack whatever system

 

Are a lot of ppl out there {amateurs} that are creating anti-hack progs and are better then game guard and all that but are focused on less hacks than gameguard...i implemented on my server {not aion server} and anti speed hack,atk speed hack,god mode guard and all was ok...no problems in instance...im sure that are ppl that are doing progs like this for aion too...

The large population is the only good thing going for this server. I don't think having 30 players on each faction is fun.

Yes, I meant CheatEngine, silly me. Also, the problem is people edit the player-side.

 

which does nothing the server still sees the original values and ignores whatever u tried to change. its not that simple, for mmos ud need to use packet sniffers to change server side or DLL injectors to actually get something done

 

I haven't played in a while so I don't know if it changed. A few months ago I used CheatEngine (just to see how it works) and all I had to do was change one small value. I'm pretty sure this has to be on the player side because that's the game speed value (how fast game time changes.) Actual movement speed values and damages are checked by the server; which is why speedhack is way more common than damage hack.

it just changes what u see locally it wont affect what the server and everybody else sees. go try if u want lol, ull see

i.e. try the enable speedhack function in cheat engine, ull see urself moving fast but then the server ports u back where u SHOULD be ^^ ur just tricking urself, thats all ur doing
