44% crit rate = 440 crit, which isn't that hard to achieve, also I do more damage than him on my 48 ranger in retail, and I solo elites easily, mainly because I can just kite 'em. PvP damage is halved in retail so that guy does jack sh*t vs. people in PvP.

Attack speed achieve able by Tahabata or Abyss daggers/swords, Speed gloves, Flurry and speed scrolls/potions etc.

Attack speed gloves, Anuhart <insert class> gloves have +8% attack speed. Flurry is a stigma used by assassins, lasts for 30 seconds with a 2 minute cooldown and it increases attack speed by 20%, + Tahabata sword/dagger = +19% atkspd.

= 47% total but it is possible to achieve the 50% cap to attack speed by using a Greater Courage Scroll, which I don't think is attainable on this server besides leveling your alchemy to 399, or buying them from a GM or something.

Greater courage scroll is an extra 9% attack speed.

You basically have a version of flurry that lasts for 5 minutes, but it has a 30 minute cooldown, though I've seen if you log out while the cooldown is up, it gives you the 5 minute buff when you log back on.

 

dosent seem like it would be to hard to beat them their damage isnt that great

Back to the video, it seems the elites he is killing don't actually have many hard-hitting physical attacks, also many assassins won't be as good on this private servers because not all of our skills work to full effect (Ambush, Devotion, Killer's Eye). If they did we would be able to teleport behind you, and have +40% damage for 5 seconds and also +50% damage for our next attack, which doesn't work. I've compared damage between using Devotion and not using it, it doesn't increase damage at all like it does in retail, basically making it useless to hotbar/use. Same thing with Killer's Eye, it increases attack but it doesn't actually work.

From what you just stated Dementa, what class on this server is least bugged or has a better advantage due to having more fixed skills?

 

Well 3 classes.

Cleric, you may kill them but they will use their 4k dp skill which will kill you unless you're a healer, in which you'll just fight until one of you runs out of mp, or someone comes to help you/them.

SM's, they do massive dps and can kite the crap out of many classes, only few skills bugged (big ones though like fear), even if you kill them their spirit still stays alive and hits you for 1k+ damage with a normal attack.

Gladiators, their damage is a ton and mostly all of their skills work besides their one HoT. They get you in aether hold and you're pretty much done unless you can run away. Severe Precision cut for 4k+ damage, then knockdown which = 1.5k or so damage from Draining blow, then they can knock you down again with with 1 3 skill chain and you're basically done for unless you are a cleric, in which case the glad doesn't fight you and runs away, or dies in a horrible death.


It also depends vs which class... But these are top 3 in my books.

Ranger Devotion doesn't work either, but bestial fury, focused shots, bow of blessing, and speed of the wind all work, basically all skill unload in 4 seconds = target death unless it's a templar or healer, but they have very low hp so they need to be skilled to actually pull this off, an assassin would use dash and slash then ambush and then unload their rune/aether hold, then runes/stun and then finish you off with runes/divine rune, a gladiator would ankle snare you, run up, severe precision cut, basically 1 shotted you unless you sleep arrow them, chanters just soul strike, mountain crash, run up, stun, do skill available during stun, knockdown chain and their knockdown only move to finish you off. Sorcerers just sleep you, tree you, aether hold then use magical fist, then flame spray or inferno and you're done for. but if you jump them first they're dead.

 

Precision cut is the biggest load of...ahem ^.^

I guess for me, I'd go gladiator. I've never been good with magic type classes in any game I've ever played. Usually because of stat distribution, but I dont think this is that kind of game.
