My characters AP is bugged

I have around 250k AP and my rank is rank 1, which is wrong because I should be rank 1 star officer. No matter how much I kill my rank stays at Rank 1. It seems when I kill the opposite race, I only gain AP about 1/3 of the time as well, if that, but I lose AP every time when I die.

In addition, my AP will not exceed 270k AP - I really need a fix for this as soon as possible because I need 307.4k for EAT items... if a GM could help me please send me a private message so I can get this matter resolved.

 

I think you do know that your AP has to beat the AP of the no.1000th 1-star to be promoted to 1-star

And my AP gain is normal,either you're making it up or the problem's at your side

 

Well i'm not making it up, its very frustrating - it seems like my AP gain stops at 270,010 - maybe it will fix on its own - and I took along break so, no, i didn't know my AP had to beat the Ap of the no. 1000th 1-star - when I lasted played this wasn't the case.. and my legion didn't seem to care to tell me this in-game
