    lowbies get pk'd all the time in heiron already, this will only make it worse -___-

    (don't say go somewhere else to level, it's the best place for quests and leveling till 45 ish for theobomos)

    I added +1 rift from Heiron to Beluslan and Beluslan to Heiron. (total = 3 rifts)

    I'm not gonna increase all rifts to level 55, those are still 35+ level zones.
