New, Saying Hello and a quick question ^^

Just wanted to say hello to you folks here! I only lasted a month on the official servers when it first came out but I'm glad I stumbled across this server ^^ I wasn't sure if I should post this here or questions... but I wanted to say hi mostly so I started it in general. Hope that's okay?

I was just wondering if I could ask a question, while I wait for Aion to finish downloading:

I was just wondering which side is more populated? I'd just like to go where there will be more folks to chat with =D I'm not picky about which side I'm on. It seems like there's more posts under the Asmo section but wanted to make sure.

Is it very difficult to level here? I saw the 200 rate but I honestly can't remember much of the official Aion except the spam and Where's Tutty! ^^

 

Well its a lot easier to level, specially if you have Premium or VIP

Welcome to gamez, it's easy to level here with the increased rates, just remember to kill things around your level and to do the ascension quest at level 9.

 

Ah Premium/VIP is something you pay for with USD I assume? Haven't taken a look at anything in the "donation"/shop area of the site yet.

 

You can reach the max level in less than a day. XD

 

Yup, Prem and VIP give you higher rapes to a lot of things such as EXP / AP / Trading items and so on.

Not technically paying for it, it's all donation based where $1 donation = 100 credits, you can vote every 12 hours as well to receive credits.. premium is 1500 credits and lasts a lifetime, VIP is also 1500 but only lasts for a month. VIP has higher raters then premium, and lets you trade untradables such as abyss gear.

Thanks for the replies and clarification on the donation system. I just came across the voting so that seems really neat! Now, just to get this download finished so I can choose a server.

So Asmo Siel is where I should start off? I didn't even realize there were so many servers! Glad it's a big community =]

Or Ely Lumiel =3 Both races were so pretty I couldn't decide back then either. >_>

 

Here is what is on with the servers just so you know:

Siel & Lumiel: Rates are the same. Only difference is player base.
Siel: The player base is that more players are on the Elyos side.
Lumiel: The player base is that more players are on the Asmodian side.
