    I need someone to help me in game so that I can personally see them how to fly in sanctum. I am also going nowhere right now. I don't know the places for shop. I need to find the potion shop, something like that.

    this is not totally a free fly anymore... u are able to fly only in moreheim, ishalgen/(dark) poeta and abyss other than that u need to walk/run if u know if u are caught abusing bugs that will able you to fly in none-flying zone will result of ban... and just explore or use /pathfinding npc name
