    From what I hear, HoN is much more competitive and has more skilled, experienced players. Apparently you have to buy the game from the start, instead of it being free with a shop. I personally haven't ever even looked at it so I only know what people have told me, can't really say which I would like better, but HoN seems a bit too serious and I like Riot Games, its a decent company
