can't log in and it asks OTP authorization key

    please help me, i can't login to Crystal and when I already input username & password, it asks to input OTP authorization key. I don't understand what it means..

    Sounds like you're trying to launch Crystal using the NcSoft Launcher.

    No, i was trying to launch with crystal aion launcher...
    i dunno why it asks OTP authorization key..

    is crystal work with 2.1.0.5 NA version?

    I'm currently using 2.1.0.3 and there is no authorization key required to log into Crystal.

    Allright, but my client is being repaired through NCsoft launcher , when it's done, i will post the screenshot..
