    so unban the player lenda... he was with the same atkspeed and got banned...
    also allows cheat engine in the server to edit stats like crit resist and magical resist...

    Are you blind? Watch it in full quality in youtube. Look at how her skills overlap animation. And you are being ridiculous about the 1ms. You know thats not possible. Even if she has the lowest ping, skill animations will still have to finish before you can execute another skill. Look at how her skills never finish.

    Editing stats is server side, with cheatengine maybe you can edit you'r speed.
