Can't start game aion...

    everytime I try to launch the game an error occurs...what should I do I tried to repair everything the NCsoft and aion...but still the same problem please need help...

    its about the condition of GamezAion Launcher when the problem occured; the operating system version and computer hardware in use; your Digital Product ID, which could be used to identify your license; and the internet protocol (IP) adress of your computer
