holding ur emotions in is the worst possible thing u can do, u should let it all out at times, i never had problems with my parents/bro's tho i had a bad life at school and i never told anyone i kept smiling on the outside but was screaming inside, now years later i have problems with holding my emotions and i start crying really fast and i have breakouts and such, really bad >.<

the only big fight i ever had with my parents was when i moved to my bf i was 19 at the time but i only knew my bf for like 5 months and i almost dropped my studies (i didn't tho just changed college) and my parents got really mad even said things they never really meant, now they got over it and i call them almost every day (we live like 1 hour of driving apart but i has no car xD)

anyway if it would happen just once in a while it wouldn't be so bad but everyday fights? :S sounds awful

i'll keep my fingers crosses for u, hope u'll find a solution to fix it cos meh i really hate it when parents are like that

mine were always good to me and i almost never made a mess to them (if i did ofc they were mad but never had any chairs flying around o.o')

i actually think of what will happen after i do something
i know that if i talk to my parents, they will be more heartbroken than i am cause they'll think that they themselves are bad parents and they'll tell EVERYBODY even if i tell them not to. This will also affect their career / life which i dont want.

If this is ongoing abuse and its to the point where you are thinking about suicide, you really need to get some help for yourself. Even if they are your parents, they have no right to physically or emotionally abuse you. I would suggest speaking to a school counselor or if you dont feel comfortable speaking to someone in person, try contacting a place like Dream Catchers for abused children.

Most importantly of all, dont blame yourself for being abused or be embarrassed to contact someone for help.
