Big Launcher Problem

Everytime i start the Launcher i get these error:

Please could someone help me i wanted to play on your server, an other launchers from other Pservers runs normaly.
I hope someone can help me to fix this.

 

Try reinstall you'r aion Client.

 

could u post the contents of the file at C:\Windows\system32\de-DE\erofflps.txt plz? they mention something bout privacy policy in there, might give us more clues

usually a repair or reinstalling the gamez launcher does it

 

I have try it many times this day reinstalled, I have copied my brothers complete Aion Diretory too and nothing worked by me, My brother can play me not. I really don´t know why i get these error with the launcher the game starts normal without it but can´t connect to this server then.

btw i read the english version of the text file, its related to error reporting, its not the cause of his problem ^^

oh btw, u said u played more private servers. do u install all of them into the same folder? coz there could be conflicts with files

also if u have more clients for more private servers, u need to make sure u repair them properly through ncsoft launcher (u need to link the .bin file otherwise its not gonna repair the right one)

 

I have an new Installed and updatet Version when i start the launcher i get this error, other launcher starts normal, only the one i wanted to play not -.-

do u have a separate client for each private server? or do u install all private servers into the same client

 

I havent played on a PS i only started another launcher to try if this works or if i get the same error nothing more

 

i have the same operating system u do and it works fine for me. u might wanna try change the launcher compatiblity to win XP or right click -> run as administrator

see if either of those help

 

doesn´t work my brother has the same and can play is there another way to connect without the launcher ?

no my brother is here with me and his PC and by him all works fine he has the same operating systen as me because i installed it. I have no idea why the launcher makes so trouble by me and by him nothing.

ok just a moment i will download and install it but my Operating system is in German xD

 

theres another way to connect if u cant get the launcher to run. all u need is the IP and port number, u can make a batch file like they have done for the test server.

 

and where did i get thes information or this batch file ?
