Some people arent fit to be parents. I've thought for a long time that people should have to go through some kind of testing before they are allowed to bring children into this world, let alone actually raise them.

Dis true. But, the only way you can be a successful parent is through practice and having the dedication, love for it. That despite whatever wrong-doing you'll do, you'll have the ability to sack up and fix it for the future times.

Offtopic: I only have time to post once since I'm leaving. I'm making my ride wait outside atm.

Ontopic: I understand that you're fighting with your parents and it's been getting worse. I do suggest taking counseling courses as they can do wonders to those who have taken them. It's a great way to get a medium to listen to everyone and not judge, but find solutions. You need to put up with your parents for another 5-6 years until you can move out. Believe me, when you move out then your relationship with your parents will drastically improve since you won't be living with them, and won't see them as much. Hence every moment of being with them will happen because you want it to.

Don't take your life, that's the cowards way out. It's not only about you when you say shit like that. You're going to scar the life of your parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, best friends for the rest of THEIR life. Grow up, take the advice that we have provided and find a solution.

Well i have a mother and a father that was supportive and never told me :"do that!" they asked me : "do you want to do that?" {maybe you get my point}...and now im 20 years old...with a nice life...and i can speak everithing at this age with my parents....like what girl i f.ked last night...{its just an exemple}...the majority of the parents want their child to be on the right road....but some of them are doing it in a tuff mode...some on a soft mode....just listen to them and do what you think that its good...but sometimes your sh*t teenager mind dont think that its right how they say...but it is....

I was dragged outside of the house and left there for a whole afternoon LOCKED OUT for not eating what mom fixed me.

Guess what, I love her now more than ever.

Parents are just strict to guide you into adulthood, it's like their only goal left to achieve in life until they die.

Although if it gets TOO abusive, I'd recommend seeking help from others.

I'm really happy for you and all that, but it really isn't like that for everyone.

You say some use the though method while the others use the soft method. That may be correct, but there's also the IDGAF method. Which is the situation I am in and most likely various other people. For example: when you're an "accident". Guess those can be found in the lesser parents.

i live in a domestic neighbournood, and when i was 6? mun locked me out and i was left there for the whole afternoon > till dinner was served
and my uncle locked me out when i was younger, and my parents and my family just sat inside and talked while i stood outaide in the cold crying my friggin ass off.

Lol, I've had the pleasure to live outside for two days, with just my boxers, cause I accidentally tripped over a table, which resulted in the aquarium falling over and breaking. An empty one, cause lol.. one fish ate them all and eventually died himself.

 

Better to be locked out then forced to move away & start your own "adulthood" at the age of 16 ...
Be grateful for what you got & try to get on the same wavelength with your parents .
If you try to understand their side , you won't have difficulties to stay peaceful with them .
