    I'm not saying they do that, I'm saying they CAN if they want.

    Nothing stops them from doing it, I think even the TOS you signed when registering states they can ban you whenever and however they see fit, usually does in any case.

    they can ban you if u violate the ToS but i dont think they ban you just cause they feel like it

    what you should do is make sure you wait patiently and ask them very kindly to see if you might have a chance of getting unbanned
    even if they say no do not disrespect them as there might be a .000000000000001% chance they might change their mind :p

    For them is the same,i wanted to trade it for Riot Points wich wasn't against the rules,and they saw my announce on MSN and banned me without any warning.Anyway never tried to get it back.
