Lost Premium after VIP

    is it right that ur are suppose to lose ur Premium just cus u got VIP ?
    says Premium is forever on the site.

    i dont know where to see the history of Premium or VIP but my VIP ended on the 22nd
    and now im back to normal rates.
    if there is a place i gladly show proof but should be easy to see in the register,
    Pls fix this since its a pain when u gather or lvl.

    if u rread it clearly says i dont know where to find it on my CP.
    i would gladly show it some way. have been premium for a really long time now, just dont know where to find the proof

    hmm trader ?
    there is no way to find it in the chat.txt since when we got 2.1 i needed a fresh install ( have a thread about my problems updating )
    and with the vip does not prove i had premium before :S
    just so weird that it does not show in ur buy history or anywhere in ur CP

    This what happen to me too :/ the drops of the drops of elder items that i always hunt in core for making enchantment stones are very low sometimes i dnt get drops in any mobs, last time i can get 4-5 items when i purchase the Premium account and when i get V I P i get 5 abvoce items and after my V I P got expired it became worst it only drop 1-2 items and some mobs dont drop :/

    please help me also we have the same problem my account ID : Franz0422

    My VIP gonna expire soon. Jan. 31 so I already had a screenshot of my account in case the premium disappears along with vip.

    ur lucky. i didnt think u needed it when it says LIFETIME premium. and it was soo long ago.
    so now i have lost 1500 prem that i need to buy again +1500 vip just so i can loose the premium again.

    i lost my premium too, and i dont have anything to proof..
    you may show them anything that can be a proof that you were a premium member
    example: XP gain from killing a specific mob when you were premium compare with regular member..

    wont help :S i can just take my friends chat log and copy past it and say it to prove my point. but im not that stupid and say something like this when i know how easy it is to just look it up.
    sorry sounded hars on u =)
    and again showing a ss from when i had vip and trade dont prove i have premium before it.

    Well not sure, but my friend had the same problem, and he just Sent the Paypal receipt to carl, and he got his Premium after few days.

    also have the same issue here, user CP only shows that I have VIP and now w/ premium
    the thing is, my VIP will expire in 02/09/11
