what is exactly the multi voting thing that is bannable?

 

That's still possible to do? Thought it got stopped few months ago.

 

Multi Voting is the act of voting from more than one account to improve your 'main' account.

This can be with Items, Gear etc.

Voting in 2 accounts or more, is bannable.

 

I think the VIP thing will bring that back

 

Multivoting is making new accounts just to vote on in order to get vote/donation points faster.

 

can we vote using proxy??? i can't vote cuz there's someone always vote before me.. i am playing in a i-cafe...

 

put it this way. its not illegal if u choose 1 proxy and stick to it to vote only 1 account. the voting saves a cookie on the pc so the moment u change the proxy, u get busted by the protection and ur credits reset to 0. its a way to vote in i-cafes however and u r allowed to do that

either way its problematic if more people vote on the same computer and u use a proxy while they dont. u run a risk of getting both ur accounts credits reset to 0. i wouldnt use a public computer for proxy voting coz the cookies r shared for everybody who plays there

this is how it works
the first time u vote, a cookie is created on ur pc which records the IP u vote from. if u change ur IP and vote, the cookie detects a conflict and busts both the accounts.

if u have siblings at home, u can pick 1 proxy (that isnt random) so u can both vote, have to do it on different computers though. that way the cookie always sees the same IP and lets u vote.

 

yeah, and the proxy site has virus... but no prob the pc here in the cafe is using deep freeze..

 

u dont ever have to use a proxy website. most public proxies r slow or unstable though

there r programs that change ur IP randomly when u need it (such as to bypass "not available in your country" errors for videos). those r fast and stable BUT they choose a random IP which would get u screwed in this case

in ur browser settings, u can set a fixed IP that u will always use for voting. just that one. that way the cookie wont have anything against u. u can also use a program called proxifier and input that IP there. that way u always change to the same one

 

So a person like me who has a ever-changing ip can get all my credits reset when im about to donate 140$ =.=

and as long as u dont vote, it doesnt check for IP conflicts. meaning after u donate, spend the money so u cant get it wiped and THEN vote when u have no credits

 

well i know some ppl who did this while aion was still i think 1.9 they got the full abg armor the used like 5-6 accounts

the protection didnt exist back then. its recent

back then, ABG was tradable WITHOUT VIP so yeah people voted up to 10 accounts and traded all the gear to 1

 

my friends voted 6 accounts >.<
and i can't... i can't open it.. it's block by K9....

 

i need to know the password of K9.. i need to vote my account in *****aion(another server of aion)..
