    As a matter of fact, many of said "trolls" are more helpful and understanding than the staff -cough- I hope that doesn't hurt your self esteem, and No, I'm not trolling you.

    Some of us like the people, if not the management. And pretty much all the 'trolls' here are level headed intelligent individuals who obviously care more than the staff does. Puke shaded glasses. Staff only sees drama.
