Well, it has nothing to do with Gamezaion, currently my account is under review so I've asked them for Paypal option, but that happens if you try to charge credits from a different i.p. as a reflex for protection of your safety . So you have to contact them, and they will ask you to check your bill where they add a 4-index code. Anyway this is what I got from them

To remove this hold, please email us the descriptor code which is ONLY found on the credit card statement issued by the bank (either the paper statement or online information), so we can verify your transaction.

The descriptor code is 4 characters long and is located in the description of the charge, between the 'JBL*' and the period that follows. In the example below, the 4-digit code is WS4F.

Send them a email and check ur credit-card online bill if you've charged it with a card, and there should be such a code .

 

Actually that happend whe you make too many purchases in large amounts. Just check for your previous purchases in your CC statement or online page for ur CC and give them that info that will allow them to verify that is you who is actually making the purchase and it should be clear in 1hr so you can make futher purchases.
