Unable to delete created character???

    any one help me pls...my account is already full and i want to delete 1 of my character but it cant be delete even i tried typing the confirm delete. why is this happening? and can someone help me pls i want to create new character on my account.

    sometimes u need to leave ur legion, and delete all ur stuff in inventory and transfer ur kinah
    then close the client , log in and u can delete ur char
