Seems as though another quest is affected with this. It seems as though the quest NPC is bugged, most likely because of a recent update/restart. It could have also always been bugged as a lot of quests are currently broken. Most likely another restart/update should hopefully fix it.

Yeap.. already noticed when i came back to return my 2nd quest..and had the same error.


3rd quest including the one in Phanda..

I guess something screwed up with restart or update.

Merged your quest threads since they both have similar content. For now it is best to wait until another restart happens that hopefully fixes it.
