    [​IMG]I press 1 Archon Brigade General's Tunic and 1 Archon Brigade Generals Pauldrons but the server give me 2 Archon Brigade Generals Tunic. Please help me change one of them to Archon Brigade Generals Pauldrons. Thanks

    go to setting delete the sig for now before u get infraction ^^

    upload ur purchase history is the best action to take.

    the history put 2 tunic but the i purchase one tunic first after i purchase the shoulder. i was wondering how come i still left with 2k credit after purchasing this 2 item so i click on tunic again and i got 2 tunic instead of one tunic and a shoulder

    Probably a lag during in your purchase and thus you got two tunics.

    btw edit ur picture, block/erase ur user name it isnt safe.

    Mm i dont think they'll refund you for this since it shows you bought 2 tunics,and the time has a difference by 1 minute and 46seconds,thats pretty long

    You might wanna forward this to a SAM for confirmation though

    the time lap cus between the time i was confirming for the shoulder. after purchasing the shoulder i saw my credit left 2k so i thought my tunic did not get through at the first place so i press again. and its turn up to be 2 tunic instead of one tunic and a shoulder :( how to forward?
