Gms and ams

Im getting really annoyed trying to get ahold of you. I email you in game i email you on forums i even try posting a new thread and it has yet to be approved so all can read it. Ive email Carl on here no reply ive emailed some other head gm and still no reply. The problem im having is the game wont delete the toons i want deleted and its been like this for 3 weeks now. A gm in game told me to wait a couple minutes and try again and then email Carl who for some reason doesn't reply. Its like none of the GMS or AMS(To ams if you cant do anything to fix this then disregard this message its aimed towards the GMS) know how to do there job. Not to mention im constantly getting online and when i need something no GM is in site. I would like some help from some GM who does there job.

You might have to delete items on the chars, leave legions, and restart aion afterwards... Your rage is scaring me ;3. But even tho im not GM i hope i helped <3

 

AMs and GMs are the same thing, and try deleting your item, leave your legion clear your inventory and try deleting it if it does not work then wait for 24hours then try again.

What I have to do to delete a char is - leave the legion -> logout -> close client -> reopen game -> then delete
I've never had problems when I do it this way.
