TEMPLAR ups and downs !

Hey guyz...i'm thinking of makeing myself a templar and i would appreciate the opinion of someone who knows this class.I'm mean what are it's weakneses , what weapons are the best , what manastones should i use , blah blah blah ... thx in advance

 

Templars Can't kill... anyway not all.. some templars can kill... i wonder whats their build...

As far as templars go, they're built for defense and out-lasting other classes. They aren't big damage dealers, but if you can combine the use of your mace/shield and greatsword attacks, along with your wide range of stances and defensive skills, you can kill almost any opponent (depending on their gear), but I'd highly recommend everything you own be ABG or EAT for the extra PvP defence/attack.

I use a taha/ABG combined GS with bolvigs love and all my manastones are +5 attack, +15 magic boost, and +15 magic resist.

magic boost for magic smah and DJ..affect doom lure too

 

If you rely on magic smash too much, it will be your downfall. The Mace's MB should be enough. Also Doom Lure does physical damage, not magical.

 

i fail as a temp

 

Attack type or damage dealer TEMP:Attack manastones and Crit stones
Tank type or Support type temp:HP mana stones... dont use parry or block.. temp has already have a big block percentage+buffs.. Need 3643410341684 enemies before you will be dead ;p

I'm a templar and I didn't use magic for MS. I rather use full attack MS for GS.. I would suggest masta + ABG if u have or masta + EGT.

 

I think it's rare to find a temp using magic ms, most usually go something else with or without maces
