[Event] GamezNetwork Vent Event

    Ok, I have been thinking up ways to get more people using vent. And I thought up an event that might help do this.

    What I am going to do is set an alarm to go off at any time of the day for a random day during the time frame of this week(11 Feb - 18 Feb). When the alarm goes off, I will get all the names of the users who are on vent, and pick 2 winners at random.

    There will be two main winners, 1 Ely winner and 1 Asmo Winner.

    Rest of the people in vent will get a Heart Headband since it runs over Valentines Day :)

    But there's a catch, users in the AFK channel at the time, will not be included in the event. They all need to be in a channel.

    FIX THE CAMPAIGN QUEST AND WE WON'T NEED EVENTS FOR THESE WINGS

    or make the prize n.o.w or storm wings.
