Lv20 Stigma Quest auto-done (no 500 stigma shard reward)

    I started not long ago, and unfortunately 4 chars out of 8 total did not actually able to do the lv20 stigma quest...the quest never shows up, and it is automatically marked as done, without giving me the 500 stigma shards reward.

    I am sure a lot of other players also affected...how do we get those rewards back?

    Why are you looking for stigma shards if you're in siel!?!?
    You don"t need stigma shards!!!!

    Isn't Lumiel the high rate server, and siel the lower rate?

    Crystal Aion = Lumiel = Low Rate
    Gamez Aion = Siel = High rate(This side of the forums) therefore wrong section to ask about Stigma Shards since siel doesnt have the stigma system

    Its already to bad waste time colecting shards just to have some skills, and this guy want to F. whit the only quest that give some good shard reward?
    But I know two things that let-me say u a BIG NO!
    1. U must have a insane amount of shards that u colected "i don't know how", and u are afraid that others have their own shards and don't buy from u. Pitty, but all have the same right.
    2. If u realy like to farm all that much than play in a low lvl server like 2x or 3x and take all your lifetime just colecting things grain by grain like a chiken.

    GamezAION have 2 servers that is HIGH RATE, That is Siel and Lumiel, just because one server is running a stigma system and the other is not, doesn't mean one is high rate and the other is low rate.
    So the posting asking about it is in the right section.

    i have no idea why you would call Crystal server Lumiel when its called Siel, and have its own forum section for the server.

    You're wrong.
    Crystal/Lumiel is the same, it is the low rated server
    Gamez/Siel is the same, it is the high rated server
    When siel is down u can still log in to Lumiel, and why is that? Because its another server

    Can't someone just answer me a simple question?

    I am playing in both Lumiel and Siel...not crystal. I have 2 chars in Siel, 8 in Lumiel, so I know what I am talking about.

    GamezAion and Crystal Aion has separate website and launcher, and I never downloaded Crystal Aion. It has been one and only one for me: GamezAion.
    Lumiel has AT LEAST same rate as Siel, maybe even higher than Siel...definitely not lower. If you call Lumiel low rate, Siel will be like near 0 rate...
    I can reach my characters in both server from the GamezAion user CPanel, buy items, view inventory and etc.

    Again, I have totally nothing to do with CrystalAion, and I don't care about it...GamezAion has only one forum section, and no way this is the wrong server forum to post.


    Now with that get out of the way...let's back to topic:
    My question is for those chars in Lumiel: 4 out of 8 chars have those lv20 stigma quest auto-completed without giving me rewards...500 stigma shards are not insignificant for each char.

    Anyway to gain that reward back?

    so you can log in Crystal by using Gamez luncher? do you even see what you write?

    i think its show quest auto complete because the dev put this to all ppl to have all stigma slots open so the new players don't spam "how do i open the slots" i think he put some were the stigma shards, try credit shop i don't now (i play on siel) .

    Siel and Lumiel have same rate and are GAMEZ AION HIGH RATE servers so yes this is the right section
