Lost my weapon

A couple days ago i got my EGT orb, and i decided to donate for a enraged mastarius orb. so i combined my EGT to my masta orb and it worked fine then i logged out and logged back in and my EGT orb was no longer combined. I didnt have it anymore it wasnt in my inventory or anywhere on my account. I didnt take and screen shots because i didnt think the server would mess up and this would happen i mean do i need to take a ss of everything dam thing i do? so im hoping a admin or the server owner can check the database and see that i had the weapon and it just dissapeared. i already sent a email to Carl but he never replys im not even sure he reads it or cares so im hoping somone can help me. My name in game is Murkedx

if u dont have ingame screenshots, show screenshots of ur purchase history, thats bout the only way ull get the items back

armfusion is and always has been bugged so yes u have to screenshot everything (preferably make a vid, it makes getting ur gear back easier). relog right after to see if it sticks together or not

as a general rule on this bugged server, screenshot all trades, all enchantments on gear and all armfusion attempts. its for ur own good

edit: if ur doing something unusual like armfusion, searching the forums might help. lots of threads bout weps lost due to armfusion around

 

they cant check the database to see that i had the weapon? it doesnt seem that hard to do

 

they could, but they won't. cause they lazy.

 

its not bout whether they can or cannot its about u having already paid for the items and them not wanting to go through the work of checking the logs

would take too much time to check everybodys logs to see if they ever had the item and whatever happened with it so they place the burden of proof on players instead. if u dont have proof, it never happened around here

either way as i said, get screenshots of ur website purchase history along with ur inv/warehouse ingame. that should serve as enough of a proof

Dont relog after armfusion,
that may cause to bug, like what happen here,

after u armfused it, equip it and teleport to other town, dont use relog, Quit the game, dont press log out, then open aion, log in back and then no bug in armfused!
