Character Eror

    Account : gembelst

    Hi, I make this thread because my friend account was error. She had 7 char including her gladiator and every time he open the gladiator she got instantly disconnected but the rest 6 char works fine. So anyone please help my friend thanks.

    She is stuck...like me...post this in the apropriate thread (its in this section of the forums) and ask her to send a ticket tru User Control Panel in the 'Player Unstuck Request' button (its the one near change Password button). Im still stuck, but maybe she'll have a better luck....now Im just pestering any GM I can to try and resolve this....

    HELP ME my2 char!!

    Character error

    Same problem like you guys..Gladiator character disconnected when i try to login, already sent the player unstuck request and repaired ncsoft over and over again but still got the same problem..

    Server : Siel
    Character Class : Gladiator
    Character Name : Swarez
    Account : XxGriZzxX

    Occasionally I will get this problem too, but there's a work-around that works for me everytime:

    Just log in and play with a char which is not lv55 yet. After make sure you can move/play with that lv55 char without disconnecting (for like 1min), then log back into the lv55 char which got stuck -> viola! you can play again without getting auto-disconnected.

    Try it.

    Doesn't work for my character..when i try to log in the char that got stuck, i did not get disconnected but the program freezes and a message saying "Preparing to reconnect Remaining time -1485092540 s" shows up ..hopefully theres a fix to this problem..cuz its driving me crazy..

    they are not Stuck They get DC if i log in them those two char of mine get DC if i log in them please please help me GM
    i dont know how to get Start again w/out item OH. God! im getting crazy

    everytime i click my character always disconnected pls help me with this problem...
