My kinah lost :(

guys i dont know what to do, i sold a some items like petals and gears to broker and the next day i logged in and went to broker, i took the money but then i showed me that



see my money, i cant do anything with that....

Can any gm help me plz????? idk what to do...

 

ah the good old auction bug the client wasnt designed to deal with large quantities of kinah so if u sell stuff for over around...6-8 bill total (forgot the exact number) the value goes negative. if u withdraw cash after that, it subtracts instead of adding xD

never sell for more than like 5-6 bill total, if u see a negative value be4 collecting, screenshot it and show a gm, ull get ur money back. if u dont get a screenshot of how much u withdrew/lost, u wont get any back most of the time

 

PM a Senior AM or HeadGM, and you should get you'r kinah back .

its not a server side issue, its a client side issue therefore devs wont even be touching this

 

this is where you're wrong: client is able to handle kinah over 2.147b on broker perfectly.

Update/Edit: rechecked server's code, there is nothing wrong there. There is only 2 ways of getting negative kinah and both of them are impossible without CE. There is a slight chance tho, that you hadn't collected kinah since 1.9 (when bug was still around).
