program not aviable in your country. EVEN correct installation

Hi,

I followed the instruction on this site.
Downloaded nc soft launcher. Set client to north america and language english. Downloaded aion. Installed it. let him update to newest version. Download aion gamez installer and install it in the right directory. start aion gamez launcher. and holy sh1t it always show the message "program is not aviable in your country" even i set the client at start of installing to north america. i already just installed aion after that i set it to north america, repair aion and then start aion gamez but still same error. i dont know what to try next.
im dissapointed.

um, you have to download the ncsoft-launcher. Set it to North America, and then download. Alternative method would be to use torrent. or download it from www.gamershell.com . Hope this helped.

its a self extracting rar archive, just locate ur aion folder

I just reinstalled without paste any other things and wew suddenly its just working. But thanks to you guys trying to help me!!
