Bug with Chaos Machine

I used the Chaos Machine normally sometimes. But since three days ago, I cant use it. First, I tried upgrade a Black Dragon Armor+Luck to +10, but i could not put the item in Chaos Machine. The armor simply didnt stay in Chaos Machine space. When I tried put it in machine, it returned to inventory. I closed the game, got a new reset, got lvl 400 again and tried one more time, but the result was the same.
Then, I selled the item in npc, thinking was a bug. But after, i tried upgrade a staff+12 to +13 (I had upgraded +10, +11 and +12 a week before) and the problem was the same.
Please, help me! I need upgrade my items
PS: both items where droped by me in monsters.

the problem is: I cant put the item in Chaos Machine anymore. The item simply return to my inventory, as when we try drop an item +6, for example. But the game doesnt show that message "You are not allowed to drop this item". Repeat: the item simply doent stay in chaos machine, it return imediatly do inventory. And i used normaly the chaos machine last weeks. Since three or four days, it doesnt work anymore.
And maybe i had tried with another characters in my account, but im not sure about that.
Please, help me with this problem.

 

try making itens +10,+11,+12 or +13 with another character and tell us if your problem continue because i really dont know why u cant do that :S

 

I will try, but only at thursday, because of job.
