Unstuck me!

Wow why close my thread!! You guys need to get a good community team or something to help people solve problems related to server issues or account issues! Also get a better way to unstuck people then just saying please wait for server to restart or update....really?? Hrm.....how long has it been since an update was done a month?? How often do gamez restart?? Not often...why?? because you people wait until the whole server population says we need a restart then you restart the server! I am very dissapointed :devil:

 

/facedesk, you could have asked me to unlock the thread again, you'r char will not be unstucked untill server Crash.

wich it will in few hours.

 

I am sorry that I'm so frantic, but I mean common I am a donator and I think carl or whoever is in charge should be more considerate to the people who is helping him/her keep their server alive and helping them pay there bills.

 

I mean I have worked with servers before for example windows server 2003/2007 and to reset an account all you have to do is right click disable right click enable and done! You can even write a little script to do a check and unstuck code.

 

Also I have been waiting since yesterday....forgot to add that...thats why im so frantic and aggitated!

 

OMG How long is it gonna take to unstuck me! It says Onimushax is logged in and has been logged in since yesterday night and still stuck!! I have been waiting for a day now common ceo, gms, do something about it so many people stuck and yet nothing is done. Maybe send a pm to carl or whoever controls the server to unstuck people?

 

the server has to be restarted AFTER u submitted an unstuck request (which hasnt happened yet, which u have been told several times already and in ur other thread)

the unstuck process is automatic and spamming here wont get it done faster, it will just get u infracted by forum mods

 

Do you think I care? If I get infracted? I donated to this server so they can keep it in optimal shape and so far nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Maybe it would be nice if an actual gm or person who can restart the server of some sort came into my forum threads and gave me a set time duration in which it will get done. Please stop flaming me because you are not a gm nor a person that can do anything about this situation!!

 

we dont know when it will restart, so just a question, can you wait for few hours? it will be restarted in few hours or probably tomorrow.

 

1. a gm gave u the exact same answer i and everybody else did
2. even a gm cant restart the server, its mostly done when it crashes or gets delays
3. u donated to get urself a website shop gear, not to "make the server better" so thats not really an argument
4. nobody can get u a duration since we dont do restarts on regular basis

 

1. No, read what I wrote I asked for a time frame (not maybe this maybe that) For example it may restart in 1 day or a few hours....thats not a time frame.
2.Then at least the gm can pm the higher ups and ask them? Duh?
3. Who are you to judge and put words in peoples mouth? What a rude person you are! I donated so they can keep this server up and running so that I don't have to pay the retail price monthly to pay. So please shut your mouth if all you do is assume and make things up.
4.Who are you to give out directions or say that "we" can't do server restarts? Again you are not a gm, am, nor any kind of staff member of gamez so please leave it to the actually people who can do something about this!

 

LOL....I have been waiting since yesterday....and in my other thread you said what a few hours and its been a few hours nothing! So at least give an attempt to pm the higher ups or something. Thanks

 

they dont force restart the server coz of 1 person, thats the way things r around here

and yes i know how things go here, been around for like 9 months now, if u disagree with what i have to say then fine, wait for a gm to come tell u the same thing

the only difference between me and tousen is that hes not allowed to be pessimistic about the servers condition the result is identical

 

I've been playing about the same length of time you have so I know my way around. But you got it wrong bud, its not only me who is stuck go to the problem and general sections of this forum and you will see multiple people who are stuck. Not even counting the ones in the stuck thread http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php/874-Post-your-Character-stuck-Here So please do your research before you write something.

And the reason why I don't want an answer from you is because you have no credential, power, or training and experience as a gm or higher up in these situations and problems. Thanks but no thanks!

 

Oh and if you truly want to help people and help people solve things then apply to be a gm That why you get the proper training and you can at least do something about us community members!

 

yes its a grand total of 2 people including u ^^ look at the dates those from yesterday r unstuck already, only 2 of u today

ur last part is also wrong as ive been helping people with problems around here for quite some times and know most of the gms around here. u can ask tousen, the gm who already replied to ur thread, he knows that quite well ^^

in any case, u complaining wont change anything. i tried the nice way, u choose not to listen and keep asking the same thing over and over, ur problem

Right he should ......And I sent it yesterday pretty late thoo....I'm mean shouldn't they make a system where donators get a special option in account, server, or general problems? Other website and games I have played when you get donator status they help you first and try to fix it as fast as possible. Unlike gamez where its "it'll get fixed when it gets fixed" or "it might get fix or it might not kind of ideal."

 

Maybe it didn't go through due to server crash and website issues gamez was having yesterday? Because it let me resend another one at about 3 or 4 today. Or does it have a time cap? Then after it expires it clears it?

 

they moved the website to a new server a day or 2 ago, so theres a chance that the unstuck requests didnt carry over

if it doesnt fix by the next server reboot, ull need to tell carl at admin@gamezaion.com
