Black Screen then Disconnect

    Everytime i try and connect to Crystal Aion i click start and the screen goes black for a few seconds and then i disconnect and my normal home screen comes back... Now this has happend several times i have already tried updating and reinstaling everything... please any help is welcome

    Ok so i installed directx and now when the black screen comes up it stays a bit longer and i see the ncsoft logo now but thats as far as i get
