An irritating problem in the game

If I choose only one thing to pick up from the pick-up window and not "Take All",
after that - I can't press "Take All" or even hit a monster!
The 'battle music' is being heard but my character doesn't attack at all...

(And if u ask why don't I press "Take All" at the first time, so it's because there isn't
enough free space in my inventory for all the drops, so I just pick up what I need...)

Please suggest me a solution how to fix it :unsure:

its a common bug on the first map, if u loot a mob while it disappears u cant attack any more
mobs on the first map disappear and respawn really fast so i suggest u dont pick anything

u fix it by simply relogging, no big deal

Yes, when it happens I always log out and log in again.
But I have to pick up objects for the newbie quests...
And by the way, this bug won't occur on the other maps? only on the first one?

 

first map has increased respawn rate so newbies have stuff to kill
if u cant pick fast enough i suggest u do what i do xD theres a loot button that auto takes everything on a mob without even opening the inv

 

Where's that 'loot button'?
And by the way, do I have to do all the newbie chain-quests to get the secondary class transformation?

Press K, it'll open up Skills menu, go to Actions tab,
there should be and icon with a hand picking up a pouch (like in the pic 'Pick Up Item' icon):
