Hey everyone

Been playing aion for a couple of month now and Im pretty active (watching and trading) on this forum, so I decided to make a social thread.

I have been playing mmorpg games for about 9 years now.
Started of with mu online. Been on both official and different private servers.
After that or in between my mu experience, I played rf online for a couple of years.
When they closed down the official server, they pretty much killed the fun for me.
No private server could match the fun that me and my friends had.

I have been a part of the development of a sim racing mod, under the rfactor game engine.
Mainly for drifting cars. I did alot of skins for the cars and likewise.

After finding Aion, I decided to leave all the other games behind, because of the
limited time that I can be active in the game.

Something about me:

My name is Björn, it means bear in Swedish. Im a father and a husband.
I have a daughter thats 2 years old. I work during daytime and Im trying to be active
on the server after my kid has fallen asleep.
I live in a wonderful house since 3 years ago, its my favorite place on earth...
next to my vacation house in the swedish mountain.
Im 33 years old... soon atleast.
Im member a proud member of the Saints legion, mainly because it contains other Swedish players.
I have tried all characters and after alot of testing I found my favorite class, Chanter.

I'd suggest you change race hahaha.
We have alot of nice people in asmo side (and alot of KINAH PLS SIR beggars haha)
you will enjoy playing asmo side more , believe me
Asmodian people are more friendly and helpful IMO ^^
When i created my elyos ranger , noone helped me D: they just kept ignoring every single thing i was saying.
And the best players are asmodians too...

asmodian governor has 150kk AP for example.. elyos has 15kk i heard hahaha. (not sure if it's true , tho it's displayed on the abyss rank list)

 

I'm a sorc ! and so are my friends.. Lhuv/Bhebz/Sexyspell/etc xd
asmo sorc is pure rape..

elyos sorc has +500 mboost/m.acc buff if i remember right and that sucks.

asmo sorc has -50% cast time buff instead (with shorter duration tho)

but ehm.. u said u like chanters?.. both chanters (asmo and elyos) are the same , no skill imbalance ;p

 

I have both asmo and ely characters. I rather stay on the side where my friends are, mostly irl friends that I have been playing with for many years now. Imo there are beggers on both sides and pros and cons aswell. The only downside with elyos, is the big number of duelers... ppl who rather duel each other, instead of helping out against the other race. Or those who just run the opposite direction, when they see an asmo zerg.
