NPC Problems In Beluslan

I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this way, but I've been trying to figure out why NPC Goen won't show the items in his shop (not sure if this is a bug or problem).

I'm very new to Aion and it's maps, so I'm not sure if this is the norm.

What's made me think something's wrong is that, when I went to Beluslan for the first time yesterday, I went to NPC Goen and saw the accessories that he sells. I chose the ones I wanted for my level and clicked buy. The items never went into my inventory and I was never charged. I closed the shop window and reopened it after seeing that the items weren't in my inventory. When the window opened, NPC Goen's shop was empty. It's been this way ever since yesterday, even after re-logging and exiting the game all together.

Is there a way I could fix this, or are there others with this problem too?

P.S.
...Are the shugos, in the weapons and armor shop of Beluslan, both supposed to sell Mist Weapons? I need the Mist Armor, but neither one seems to be selling it. They both just have the weapons.

 

some npcs r in the wrong place or sell the wrong stuff so i wouldnt worry about it

go to pandaemonium armor/weapon seller, they sell mist gear too (just across the room with remodeller, when ur on the main street with all the npc shops, its the room on the left)

 

That's were I got my current Mist gear, but I was told that there's Mist gear past level 35. When I checked Pand, their armor wouldn't go past 35. I went to Beluslan to find the 45 Mist armor, but all I found were weapons.
I'm a little confused on where to find accessories and armor for my level that are like the mist gear ^_^;
The NPC's I go to either don't work or just aren't the proper ones.

 

honestly just...dont bother lol, armors mean nothing at ur lvl

when u hit 50, farm elder at core (takes like 5 mins) and then go get anuhart at dp (dark poeta south east of beluslan)


funny armor story:
me: lvl 53 with elder lvl 50 enh +10
him: lvl 45 with lvl 1 non enh armor
mob: lvl 47

dmg he took: 470
dmg i took: 430

considering the fact that i was 8 lvls above him and our armors r like...the 2 biggest extremes thats a joke if u ask me

 

Ok, I'll just stick with what I have then. It'll save me from lots and lots of confusion lol.

np lol gear only really starts to matter at higher lvls when u start enhing/socketing it. till then, buying the latest wep is more than enough
