    Please download the new Launcher in the installer here
    This Launcher has an auto updater which will keep you updated with the latest files such as item.pak and avoids the current IP ban problems. Its also virus free.

    You can report any problems with the new launcher here.

    if it aint broken, dont fix it :p
    we already have an items.pak and system.ovr and whatnot lol. chances r ur gonna corrupt ur client with another non working items.pak thx to the "automatic update" feature :p u do know that even now im constantly fixing peoples clients coz they got the wrong items.pak or put it in the wrong place coz of their OS/client version xD

    i prefer doings things manually >.> at least i know im doing it right

    did u try the ctrl alt delete thing? the launcher may be already running in the background, you need to end the process thru task manager.
