    Both and crit+17... You find most of the "high-end" manastones at taloc. I have some spare ma and crit if you need.
    Pm Dunder on Siel/Elyos and I hand them over.

    There's not something as a 'good spot', u can get MA almost from any mob on gelke <,<' (go farm them /w male char.) and for the crit the magic plants near gelk drop them with 90% for sure (dont remember the name)

    i prefer killing Basrasa mobs in Ingg, i got around 30-40 in 2hrs while farming balic mats ^^
