GamezAion Problem

Hey guys
I have a new problem in trying to play Gamez Aion
Well, i have the .bat ok? and i run the .bat and it pop up:

Please, someone can resolve this problem? any GM online pls.

PS: I'm Portuguese, maybe you dont understand the message of the screenshot... screenshot says: "AionClient crashed. Windows is searching for a solution to the problem ... "
