Forum- Website Suggestion

Hello there im suggesting it , since sometimes ppl needs fast asnwer beside waiting whole day for an server or sometimes even ignoring... ive been had it on my server long time ago, and it was rly cool thing to help ppl out there who was looking for help asap.
so lets start with it. that thing called " live help" , ppl need only to press icon of live help on website or on forum , where its would be placed. the icons looks like this :

after pressing it online supporters at the time online would see that person is looking for help and would can accept the person or choice 1 of options like delay.
Online supporters can be am's online at the time.
also possible to make new rank like" Online Supporter" these ppl would help only on "live help" .
if something would happen like online supporter could not help or just would not know how to, he-she would can trasnfer that person to other online supporter who knows asnwer. Online supporters can talk each others so its makes easy to help ppl.
to talk with online supporters needs only few press , write ur name,email , and security code. its kinda 1 of best moves to make community even better more unique.

People should learn to use "search" function (yeah it works!) because answers for FAQ and common problems can be easily found on forum. If by any reason they cant find answer - there are plenty volunteers out there ready to help. Also Gamez already has ranks for "online supporters": Trainee AM, AM, SAM...

If you think of chatbox as "live support", then this idea failed several times. This "feature" will be flooded with same "stuck", "hack", "scammed", "lost items" and "server lag/reboot" problems or just spammed.

 

1. search not always helps
2. most of am's spamming the spam section beside replying on question or abuse reports
3. its wont be flooded.
4. its aint nothing familiar to an chatbox.

 

1. if search doesnt work people create threads and get answers for their questions (in most cases).
2. Ams do AM's job. Why do you want to make it harder for them by adding another source of problems to check?
3. ... no comment.
4. Chatboxes had "Game Support" tabs/channels that were rarely used.

So there is no real need in "online support".

then why do we have freaking 5 different support channels now in the chatbox >.> they really make it more and more ridiculous to the point where nobody is gonna even bother looking at them lol

with a big chatbox like this, a single support channel is enough (not that most people even know we have a chatbox now coz its hidden up there again)

 

you should ask TS why he need another tools that

this will not be implemented, there's a link to the chatbox at the forum's navigation bar and you can ask for support there, search for similar questions / problems at the forums or create a new thread.
