Enchant to +15

Today i tried to enchant my Elite archon tribunus staff+10 to +15.
I wasted 80 lvl 65 enchantement and 40 lvl 68 enchantement to leave it +10? come on! what the hell is going on with the rates in the server? they are WAY too low

 

I only use 50 lvl 60 enchantment stones to make my spear +15 :kewl:

 

try to use the new enchantment supplementals wich can be bought in the potion supplies in heiron or beluslan

 

Yes. Too low enchant rate. We can enchant to +10 a 50lvl weapon with L65 x10 enchantment stone succesfully. I using x40-70 enchantment stone in this server. Why this servers enchant rate is very low. lol

they were in crystal so i think they are here too

 

That doesnt work because i select to use 55 and when i see how much i left it says the same quantity so i guess they are bugged...

 

The enchant rates are good and better than retail. Use higher level stones, theres plenty available for cheap unlike retail. =p

Cheap? do u mean 5 lvl 70 enchantement stones for 200m is cheap? the core is full of elyos because they ARE more then asmos so its impossible to go and farm elite there... no solution... nice

 

You could just go DP, and extract the weapons in there, in fact.. They give more lvl 70s, as far as my experience goes.

 

This is the formula server uses to calcute it aswell as you can now
And remember if you go to +15 you have to have 5 successes in a row. And for upgrading lvl50 gear with 70lvl stone the chance is 75%. So the chance that you will make it up to +15 its around 23%, if I remember it right from my math class.

 

The sucess rate sometimes is very low depending on wepon or stone

 

I sell them on the AH every day for 10 mil a piece and I see them regularly listed for less than 10 mil. If your paying 200mil for 5 I'd love to sell you some. =p

Your math is correct. = 0.2373046875 = 23.7%

I believe the chances would be 0.75^5 = 23.7% cumulative success rate from +10 to +15.

So, I am pretty sure you remembered correctly from your math class.

 

BTW, my legionmates were using high level 60 stones that are considerably cheaper and getting the job done.

This only applies to 50 gold gear from +10 to +15.

Worst Case at most you should need Approximately:

L70 stones: 100/23.7 = 4.2 * 5 = 21 Stones @ 10mil = 210mil
L69 stones: 100/16.8 = 5.9 * 5 = 30 Stones @ 6mil = 180mil
L68 stones: 100/11.6 = 8.6 * 5 = 43 Stones @ 5mil = 215mil
L67 stones: 100/7.8 = 12.9 * 5 = 64 Stones @ 4mil = 256mil
L66 stones: 100/5 = 19.9 * 5 = 99 Stones @ 2mil = 198mil

You could also get a better deal buying stones in bulk. I've seen 100 lvl 66 go for 125mil.

Anything below that is 50/50 per enchant and not really worth the effort.

Interesting thread, so the higher the lvl of the stone, the higher success rate u get? I heard something like, if u use a stone with more than 5 lvl above the items lvl that u want to enchant, the success rate decreases. Can anyone put it clearly, i`d really like to know. Ty in advance.

 

Imo, the rates are waaaay too low for a highrate server...i mean, it's a pvp game...it's highrate server...why do we have to spend so much time farming just to get something to +15?
This is the reason i havent enchanted yet...cuz i came here for pvp only, not to spend so much time enchanting something that get's stuck at +10 or lower.
