Human error probably had nothing to do with this hacked account. There's even incidents of it happening on retail. If someone is smart enough with hacking and coding they can easily hack any account they want for no reason.

 

well. then its goes to show. that AION is lacking security features. if only carl would implement the 2PWV or much more like fireguard. but a simple and plainer one. just would ask you a failsafe password and can avoid duplication. but oh. i guess programing is harder for those who own. not create.

I think , the only privileges that gm have in this server is bigger e-peens, thats it. As far as I know Carl is a control freak, which means no gms have the access to the server database to check the log. Probably the CEOs could check for you, but what are the odds?
Retards should really stop blaming the gms, because they are definitely as useless as you all are. ...

But still waiting for the staff response about that matter. Then suddenly i got DC on my internet connection for a couple of hours. Then i came back online ingame again but you didn't not ask again about it. And i forgot your character name that you used that time to tell you about the staff response in your character. Then new pm's questions etc. came in and i must answer them as long as i can. Hope you understand that. Thank You...

 

Finally an answer. oh i see. tnx for the answer. i dont know what just had happened there and why it got hacked. but i know that sometimes, battle ping carries malwares and other viruses. i hope to know what would be the result. if there's nothing you can do. its alright. i just wanted some clarification. it was Exalgia sir. the name of my hacked character. and it was only logged twice. for sure. i know that a " Enraged Mastarius Spear" and an NHDE +15 set is valuable enough to be dropped and deleted and one transaction wouldnt be hard too find. i know it would be traded. if ever the staff can track it . i wish for a reply.
