[Not-so-serious] Let's talk a bit about the Lore of Aion.

Here are the descriptions of Israphel and Kaisinel, according to the Aion Wiki:

Don't forget, The Abyss is a vast source of Aether energy, and most certainly the ideal place for Kaisinel to do whatever he pleases, not limited to the ability to kill whoever he pleases [except Aion, maybe] in the Abyss.

Furthermore, Kaisinel's attitude towards human lives only proves the theory that he was responsible for the attack on the Balaurean.

Although it's not very likely that Israphel has anything to do with the death of that Balaurean general, or himself being on the side of the Seraphim Lords, his call for peace [coincidentally, was also the wish of the Seraphim Lords] with the Balaur and his greed for power might have played a very important role in the Cataclysm.




TL;DR: Elyos side is guilty.

lol i enjoy ur analysis however theres an easy counterargument to ur conclusion ^^ u could say that yes, Israphel agreed to the meeting, but Kaisinel loves killing and he could have been the one to kill the balaur general and start the whole war

they actually have a talent for keeping things as unbiased as possible without blaming either race or the other. well the video always blames the other side, but the interesting thing is that each race has a way to make themselves appear like they r the ones fighting for a good cause ^^

then locate NCSoft\Aion\L10N\ENU\data\cutscene\movie and watch all of them ^^ most of them u have never seen ingame and they make the whole story more complete and give u insight into each race

Those are merely instructional videos. I've never seen a story video in Aion ever.

 

there r actually more of them than that but yeah thats 1 of them ^^

 

then do what i told u xD some r fully animated, others r more of a comic style but all of them have something to add to the story and r very interesting ^^ i enjoyed watching them a lot

 

is there a website for these movies ?

 

they r located in ur aion folder, however they use the .bik file extension (as do the cutscenes for most games, even single player ones) so u need RAD video tools to play them ^^ just follow the steps i told u

u MIGHT find them on youtube i guess, but its gonna be hard looking for them and u most likely wont even find them all. this way is much easier

 

Just finished watching all the ones I haven't seen.

I'm more inclined to say that based on an unbiased view, Seraphim Lords are still at fault. Without revolutions, we cannot win what were stolen from us.

 

but i dont have an aion folder in this PC ... and i want to watch them now T_T.. is there any website that has those movies .. like youtube or something ...

 

yeah but the debate was whether the elyos or the asmos r to blame for the conflict between them and they do make sure its pretty unbiased

Elyos - "they killed our leader"
Asmos - "they came through the rift and killed many of our kind until we arranged a meeting. they treated us as sub human"

Besides, if you look up all the information between the Lords of both sides, it seems like the Seraphim Lords are a bit more evil.

lol go watch the elyos prologue then i bet they will make it seem like asmos fault just like NCsoft does in their videos xD

when i started i was "sure" that asmos were guilty (i started as elyos) until i made an asmo char, where asmos made it seem like its elyos fault ^^
