Can u post ur Recipes here and picture if u want
so that I can try it at home
You may post photos of u making the recipe or VIDEO if u like
    thank you ^_^
Well I'll start with my: Carbonara ala Zephalex

    1. Heat a heavy-based frying pan and gently fry the slices of guanciale or pancetta until crisp. Remove from the pan using a slotted spoon and set aside on kitchen paper. Reserve the fat in the pan.

    2. Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti for 8-10 minutes until al dente.

    3. Meanwhile, mix the whole egg and egg yolk together, add the cheeses and plenty of black pepper. Loosen with 2-3 tablespoons of the spaghetti cooking water.

    4. Add another 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water to the fat in the pan and allow it to simmer.

    5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add to the frying pan. Toss thoroughly in the pan juices.

    6. Season the egg mixture lightly with salt and add to the pasta. Immediately turn off the heat and toss well, adding more water to loosen, if necessary, and more cheese if desired. The sauce should be smooth and silky, not scrambled.

    7. Transfer the pasta to serving bowls, scatter the guanciale or pancetta on top and sprinkle over some extra cheese.

feel free to bump in ^_^

    >In a big sauce pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil then sauté the minced garlic and onions.
    >Add the pork and chicken to the pan. Add 2 cups of water, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, vinegar, paprika and the bay leaves. Bring to a boil. >Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or when meat is tender.
    >Remove the pork and chicken from the sauce pan and on another pan, heat cooking oil and brown the pork and chicken for a few minutes.
    >Mix the browned pork and chicken back to the sauce and add cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken.
    >Add salt and/or pepper if desired
    >Bring to a boil then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
    >Serve hot with the adobo gravy and rice.

Oh nice. Hmmm I dont have a picture but

    Homemade Chili

    1lb of ground beef
    1 can of kidney beans
    1 can of black beans
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
1 can of stewed tomatoes ( or 2 tomatoes)
1 can of beer ( use this to help you on how watery or thick you want the chili)
1 package of both hot and mild chili seasoning
    1 onion
1 32oz can of tomato sauce
    and Honey

    Direction:

    1. Chop up your onion, red pepper, green pepper and tomato.
    2. Brown your 1 pound of ground beef.
    3. Drain juices from black beans and kidney beans
    4. Put it all in a crockpot, or big pot including tomato sauce, beer and seasoning.
    5. Mix it all up.
    6. Drizzle the top with honey

Then cook it for 24hrs ( make sure to put it on low setting when you go to bed so it doesnt burn) and Viola!! Homemade Chili!!

    Simple but good.. :D

    hey as requested
    try this: Barbeque Spicy chicken
    [IMG]
1 chicken, about 1.6 kg, cut into 8 pieces
2 limes, cut into wedges, to garnish
2 small red chillies, finely sliced, to garnish
    For the marinade:
1 large lemon grass stalk, chopped
    1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
    7 clove(s) garlic, chopped
    5 shallots, chopped
    1 tbsp coriander roots, chopped
    1 tbsp palm sugar
    120 ml coconut milk
    25 ml fish sauce
    35 ml soy sauce
    2 small red chillies, chopped

    Method

Place the marinade ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.

Put the chicken in a dish and mix well with the marinade. Leave covered in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Barbecue the chicken until it is cooked and golden brown. Turn the pieces occasionally and brush with the marinade.

    Serve with lime and chillies.

Tip: Bake the pieces on a rack over a baking tray at 200ºC in a preheated oven for about 25-35 minutes.

one of my favorite filipino dish

Estimated cooking and preparation time: 1 hour

    Pork Sinigang Ingredients:

3/4 kilo Pork, cut into chunks
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    2 onions, diced
    5 cloves of garlic, minced
    100 grams Kangkong (river spinach)
    100 grams String beans
    2 pieces horse radishes, sliced
    3 pieces gabi (taro), pealed
2 pieces sili pag sigang (green finger pepper)
    200 grams sampalok (tamarind)
3 tablespoons of patis (fish sauce)
1 liter of rice wash or water

    Sinigang Cooking Instructions:

Boil sampalok in water until the shell shows cracks. Let cool then peal off the shells and with a strainer, pour samplalok (including water) into a bowl. Gently massage the sampalok meat off the seeds, strain again.
In a pot, sauté garlic and onion then add the tomatoes. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add pork and fish sauce then add the rice wash. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes then add the gabi. Continue to simmer for another 15 minutes or until the pork is tender.
Add the horse radish and simmer for 10 minutes then add the string beans, kangkong and sili (for spice-optional). Let boil for 2 minutes.
    Serve piping hot.

    Sinigang Cooking Tip:

Instead of sampalok fruit (tamarind), you can substitute it with any commercial souring seasoning like Knorr sampalok seasoning or tamarind bouillon cubes for this pork sinigang recipe.

    ... Okie another one....

    Enchilada Casserole

    Corn Tortillas
    Shredded cheese ( 1 pound)
    1 lb of ground beef
    1 onion
1 can of chopped black olives ( optional)
1 can of diced jalapenos ( optional)
1 32oz can of mild enchilada sauce

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    1. First, ground your beef in the pan til its brown.
    2. Pull out a 9in x 9in baking pan...
    3. Pour the enchilada sauce in a bowl big enough to put your corn tortillas in cause your gonna coat your corn tortillas in enchilada sauce.
    4. Starting your first layer, dip the corn in the enchilada sauce. ( make sure it coats both sides) then put it in the pan. Your gonna repeat this step four times or until the bottom and almost covered completely with corn tortilla.
    5. Then your gonna take your ground beef and layer it on top of the corn tortilla, then sprinkle on the olives and onions...
    6. Drizzle with enchilada sauce to keep from drying out.

Now you are gonna repeat steps 4-6

    7. final layer will be the Cheese... on your second set of layers. Drizzle with a lil more enchilada sauce and poof your done.
    8. Stick it in the oven for 15 min or until the cheese in melted and BAM!!

Example of how the layers should be:
    Cheese
    Onion n Olives
    ground beef
corn tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce
    onion n olives
    ground beef
corn tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce.

So you get an idea of what i mean by layered :D
