    u can experiment with battleping in the meantime
    http://www.battleping.com/

    creates an http tunnel between u and their servers, which typically gets u much lower ping ingame (specially since ur in europe). the free version d/cs u once an hour but try if that helps. experiment with the servers they offer

    or u could go shoot ur ISP :p

    oh that reminds me, a friend has a similar problem (horrible ping/delays) out of nowhere and it didnt wanna stop. back then we unplugged the modem/router for bout 10 mins and she was fine after that. u can try that too (10 mins wont kill ya will it)

    I have the same problem and im sharing the client with another PS(i didnt get answer in the other's server forum for unistalling).....can this cause lag....because i have serious problem in instances and in pvp with other race

    everybody laggs during pvp :p when a crowd of people rushes in and ur pc has to load and render all of them and their skills

    @DefqonX it might. with some ISPs its used for changing ur IP. some r more problematic than others

    Im guessing your playing on wireless on your laptop? cuz i do the same and this type of problem has occurred to me b4 but that resetting the modem that smartik suggested worked for me, hopefully it does the same for you. If not try connecting the laptop directly to your modem, and see if that helps. Also check if you have random programs running in the background, like skype, ventrilo, TeamSpeak, those tend to eat away your bandwidth sometimes and cause lagg spikes.

    u can use gamebooster to turn a lot of background programs off while u game or just turn them off manually in msconfig and startups manager

    thats different :p the ping it measures is with the nearest server to u (probably the same town or the 1 next to it lol, definitely the same country)

    the ping with our server is different

    anyways just repeat the process till it works? xD
