Regarding Credits not being Received through PayPal Donation

Hi I donated $16 for 1600 credits yesterday using the paypal feature on the website but I didn't receive any credits.

I then re donated again $20 for 2000 credits using social gold this time thinking that maybe it would fix the problem, but I was still missing the original 1600 credits and only received the 2 donations I made on social gold totaling to 2000 credits.

Whats the average time to receive credits through this paypal feature and who else can I contact as I have all ready emailed admin@gamezaion.com 16 hours ago.


Is the paypal feature not automatic like social gold ? I would like to know for future reference so I can avoid donating through that method.

 

I dont know what may have happened.... i have donated via social gold before (with the paypal method) and the credits are always in my account inmediately... I think you will have to wait for an answer of an admin. That might take some days am afraid.... at least that is the time they have answered me before.

 

I didn't use social gold for the $16 there was a paypal option by it self above the social gold option and that's what I used. The 2nd time i donated hoping that it would fix it I used social gold.

 

then that paypal option you choose earlier was the one faulty.... you ll need the answer of an Administrator for this... hope you get your issue solved soon.
