What's up With MR?

I cant wait for those "pro" with mr set make his QQ thread about mr.

 

I only recommend MR to people who usually solo,duo, trio (the most) if your a zerger or always pvp in a group or more, then MR is just useless.i myself being someone who only soloes, find MR very beneficial, running away from zergs, gladdy roots, and ranger stuns hit and ofc entangle arrow >;D But im finding it hard to believe ppl with 2k+ MR being rooted from glads to often, normally glads have 1.1 -1.2k MR, with slaughter they gain an xtra 300 which bring them up to somewhere inbetween 1400-1500, i find it hard to believe u can get snared 7/10 times with 2k+ MR.

 

You've confused damage(skill) type and effect(subskill) type. If skill has physical damage that doesnt mean it has physical effect. Simple as this.

 

some skills might have the physical attack description. but the debuffs they apply are sometime counted as magical too.

i played a mr chanter on retail. normally if i get stuns from assassin's or chanter's its resisted. however. i am stressing this once more, since alot of people are QQing also---> mr DOES NOT resist knockback

 

would you guys recommend going MR for sins?

 

nope ur dps would suck big time bro i would recommend magic boost u'll make 8k + damage and 100s of poison the ablazed told me and he is gm =)

 

Yeah, i know that's why i ask just quite curios about it. didn't expect that magic boost can work out with sins have you tried it?

 

I got a pair EGT swords build MA and EAT Leather set MB with Magical accesories and yes it lands silence and its perfect for solo rifting but my abg full atk +5 damage is just way powerful... just use 100% atk buff ambush stun lock = dead lol but yea MA swords + Mb set works fine bro the runes and everything lands perfect i just silence the dam sorcs and they r QQ rofl with paralize dagger main hand and silence sword off hand trust me is perfect lol

 

Sounds cool. so if i were to have like Full ABG gear (weaps,sets and access) what manastones would you suggest? - I'm new with SINS so forgive me for being so inquisitive.
