mhm ,try fix ur client with ncsoft laucher(forgot opt how its called), after that redownload gamez laucher.

low speed u got there o,o . to me less than 1hour to download whole client

man u use battleping or other programas for lowping just restart u computer is work fine for me , before i have same problem for u mencioned

 

I wish I had the funds for such programs. My comp was completely shut down for a couple of hours, that should be better then a restart >.>

 

let me ask what battle do to the client ? so far i know battleping connect to an proxy and gives a bit lower ping. that does nothing to do with client side like this.
