Can any AM's help me with my friend? Q.Q

His Ingame name is Saisuke.

He cant speak,use skill, or even change weapon. Whats happening to him??

He admited he accidentaly Bugged the hide but its not on purpose.. He got imprison for 4days... And he was already teleported to sunctum. Now what? He already paid his wrong doing whats next?? Q.Q

Any Head AM's can correct this?? .....

i think the server crashed/restarted while he was in prison so even though he is elsewhere now, the prison effect is still on him. not completely sure but thats what it sounds like

use //gmlist ingame and ask a gm to take a look at his char. see if he has any prison time left. if not, they should be able to fix him up

ok... He said he cant really chat.. i mean he cant Email, He cant pm he cant do anything.. Except running and sitting. i feel sorry for him... Other Cheaters/Buggers out there in the server is running free... But Saisuke got imprisoned for a week plus cant do anything just for bug hiding which is not on purpose.. >.<

Any AM's can fix this?? i thought there are duration in 1st offense of bug hiding... but i think his punishment is to much for a 1st time..

 

There are some bugs that allow players to leave prison island but if player cant use skills outside prison - that means that his sentence is not over. Your friend can try to:
1. Die (this should teleport him back to prison).
2. type in race chat (he'll get name of AM that imprisoned him).
3. Relog (if sentence is still active - he'll get remaining time).

Also take note that imprisonment time is stopped if character is offline (even if you're on another character on same account), so your friend have to be online for whole time he was sentenced to.

 

1. He already died and his binded on the unknown place. And he was moved to poeta after the 2nd day... Which means he was moved out coz his sentence is over.. right?
2. He cannot type either normal chat, legion chat, race chat, etc. Even PM or email.
3. Did this like 20x. >.<

Note: 16hrs a day for 4days.. so 16x4=64hrs. LOL.

And i thought the 1st Offense is only 6-10hrs. QQ what is happening?

 

tell him to take screenshot when he logs in with imprisoned character and post it here.
